Love this!  So many science books are full of experiments but this one is fun facts.  Exactly what we wanted, fun and educational, so reading it is entertaining.

My 7 year old can't seem to put this book down! He loves telling us random facts that he has learned in the book. Each page has detailed information about the subject and bright pictures to help with the understanding. Lots of fun :)

I love this book! Each page is filled with a new aspect of science told in a fun way. This book includes information about molecules and atoms, computer programming, biology, habitats, space, simple machines, earth science and so much more. My only complaint is that it includes some information on evolution that my family does not agree with. (The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars.) I just use those pages as a different kind of teaching experience for my family. Other than that, this book is very fun and engages interest in a subject that is sometimes seen as daunting to some kids.

This is a really neat book!  I found myself saying, "Really? Wow!" over and over reading this book. Page after page of interesting facts spanning all kinds of scientific topics.

My 8-year old daughter loves this book!  The encyclopedias are just too much information just yet, but we have found this to be a perfect fit for her love of science right now.

I love the pictures and little bits of info in this book for even younger kids, but my middle school son loves it too! He's really into "world records" type books, so this fit well with that interest!

Love this series, but I'm exchanging this one because of a heavy evolutionary biology focus (mentioned on at least 5 pages) and an inaccuracy on the page that suggests lowering a body part that has been injected by venom.  Experts in snake bites usually recommend elevation of the limb.

The Möbuis strip fact is interesting and the book gives you a small tutorial on how to make a Möbuis strip.  Cool book with interesting facts!  This series is my top favorite book series! It makes learning fun!
